@Kevin

Gigatribe isn't even close to what Hello offered.

Plus, there's no guarantee that gigatribe won't close. Especially if the largest online company in the world closed a service.

There's no way of knowing if any service will shut down unexpectedly or not. That's the whole meaning of unexpectedly :)

Just go to www.gigatribe.com and download use their service instead.

Forget Google and use something you know is not going to close.

As I wrote in my Open-Letter-comment, I too will miss Hello.
But I also am looking for alternatives for Hello.
Nothing will replace the simplicity of Hello, but what if Google will not reward the cry-out from this SaveHello-community?
What are you going to use for private peer2peer filesharing?
I hope we can use this commentsection for some suggestions.
